Why can't kids under 13 do anything?
They can't play video-games, they can't sign-up for a forum online, next thing ya know kids won't even be able to be born.

I was on forums and online when I was thirteen. I just did a lot more lurking, and I only had my mic on online when I was playing with my friends.
