It happened to me as well they emailed me the 2 generated ones on top of the gaming support people emailing me one as well so i have 3 now

I called BestBuy customer service to report the error, and the woman I spoke with told me that she couldn't even find any documentation that they were supposed to send out the codes or that I had received one, let alone two. In any case she filed the report, so hopefully this problem will be fixed and everyone will walk away happy. In the meantime, I have an extra beta copy, so that's nice.

Lucky mistake for you, hope it doesn't screw anybody else over. Not sure if Amazon's had the same issue with sending more than one code to a single user but someone just posted that their amazon beta reservation code was returning a "code already entered by another user" error. Can't help but wonder if the problems are related. In any case, a call might help them so they at least know it's happening, depends how generous you're feeling. They're going to be under pressure to generate extras if others are being locked out regardless, so it'll be close to the same number of extra codes over actual number of preorders that end up getting used either way.

Yeah they told me they don't have them.... So i canceled it. And went to gamestop :P
