Why wouldn't anyone be a vegetarian?
Humans may be omnivores by nature, but we also kill each other by nature. I don't think killing people is very productive, so you can't really tell me that it's justified by being natural. You're gonna have to be a little smarter than that.

My only argument against vegetarianism would be that if we stopped eating animals then the population of those animals has the potential to increase by a lot thus also increasing the amount of waste they produce. That waste is already bad enough for the environment, the increase would just add to the natural pollution. Also over grazing by the animals is bad for the environment and bad for the land that the vegetarians food could be grown on.
