Biceps shouldn't really be one of your top priorities. I throw in a few sets of hammer/regular curls on back day and then maybe again on some other random day.

I used to do that also. But then my friend told me I should just have one day where I do my biceps (curls, hammer, concentration). And that it should be separate from my back day, like at the least two days apart. I started to do that, and my shirt sleeves have all stretched lol.

I dunno I prefer doing compound movements so just having a day of isolating biceps wouldn't make sense to me. I'd rather have another day to do legs/chest/shoulders etc. I still do some form of bicep work twice a week but I just don't dedicate a whole day to it.
