Hey there, Silver gets tied to a specific combination; the platform on which you launch the game on, and the active character set at the time of purchase. By buying Silver on Epic first, the Silver was tied to 'playing the game on Epic' and 'playing characters that originate from the Epic Games account' (just to be clear, it doesn't matter if the Epic account did or did not actually have characters at the time). However by cross-saving and selecting Steam as the active set, that's now a different combination. Even if you're launching the game on Epic, you are loading the Steam character set as Active. That is why your Silver balance shows as 0. To use Silver on cross-save, cross-save needs to be set up first. Then when you bought the Silver, it would have been tied to 'launching the game on Epic' and 'with Steam's characters as the Active set'. Unfortunately there is no fix for me to suggest. There is no way to move Silver across these barriers. That 7000 Silver unfortunately will only be usable if you cancel cross-save and start fresh on Epic itself, that is the only situation where that balance can be used.
