Theonexia
Hello folks, just had the Mad Dog emblem drop, which is nice, but I watched the whole Bungie Twitch stream the other day and didn't get Theonexia. The drops notification on Twitch kept resetting *just* before it got to the end. And yes, I refreshed the browser, the page, etc. etc.
Since Mad Dog arriving today proves that there's nothing wrong with my connection from Twitch to Bungie, is there any chance Theonexia could be sorted for me?
Not urgent, and my life doesn't depend on it. (i.e. I am not the usual yelling teenager on here), but it would be nice, y'know?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! To confirm that you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "[url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards[/url]." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page. Any Twitch Drop that is an emblem will show up in your Destiny 2 Collections under Flair>Emblems>General if your platform account is connected to your Bugnie.net account. If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop: Click the "Refresh" button at the top of the page beside "Missing Twitch Rewards" and the page will update with any Twitch items you've earned. If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your [url=https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory]Drops Inventory[/url] to see all the Drops you've earned. Click on the "Claim" button on any Destiny 2 Drops that have that option below them, go back to your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards[/url] area, and click the "Refresh" button to get the Drop to appear. Unearned Destiny 2 Twitch Drops will not appear on this page. If the Drop still doesn't appear, you may need to connect or reconnect your Twitch profile to your Bungie.net account and follow the above steps. If you had issues with drop progress resetting or not tracking, then that's an issue with Twitch and only Twitch can help you with troubleshooting.
