Can't find "Spark of Hope" mission

Hello,
I just started Destiny 2 a week ago. I started at power level 1960 (and friends told i'm suppose to start at 1900). But that's not the most important, fact is I did all my rank quests to evolve, as a new player should do, and when reaching rank 4 I just can't find the mission "Spark of Hope" that is supposed to make me reach rank 5.
If you can help me it would be a pleasure cause armor enhancement only begins rank 6
