Migration from PS4 to PS5
Hello, a friend have bought a PS5. Before this he was playing in PS4 all the expansion. Now, in PS5, he can't play the content from Renegades, shadowkeep, beyond light and the 30th anniversary but still able to play eclipse, final shape and dungeons.
Of course he has logged in with the same PSNetwork profile but he has do nothing with Cross Save.
How could he solve this??
