You can see how many stacks of [b]Worm’s Hunger[/b] you have while holding Parasite, but I would presume OP is asking for this to be visible while [i]another[/i] weapon is equipped. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

You have to switch to the gun itself to see the counter. Op means like a counter on your screen at all times without the need to switch to the gun itself.
