So it's no secret that titan has become pretty lacklustre and has lost it's identity more or less with the release of prismatic so I have a possible idea for a fix that won't directly nerf any other classes(Disclaimer: I'm not saying this is a guaranteed fix if implemented for all I know this could be nothing more than a band aid feel free to provide a bit of feedback)
In my opinion to fix this we must identify a proper identity for prismatic titan and lean into it. Hunters have high burst DPS output, warlock has ungodly ability spam so in my opinion Titan must have ridiculous longevity. By that I mean just be the hardest mf to kill. Since it is probably inevitable that Bungie will add to prismatic I have a concept for some fragments that could be added to prismatic titan that specs into this idea of being an unkillable force.
Solar: Sol Invictus. Reworked so that all ability kills generate sunspots regardless of elemental ability damge type. (This includes diamond lance/dregnr's lash thruster bomb kills) It also keeps the ability regen but not the super decay buffs whilst standing in it.
Ark: Juggernaut. 'Nuff said. No buffs or modifications.
Void: Bastion. Reworked so that thruster gives 3/4 overshield on use for the caster and 1/4 for nearby allies. At the spot of usage it will drop a well of void light that you allies can stand in for overshield timer refresh and full overshield that trickles on over time the barricade (But if a overshield has been recently broken by damage from enemies it will only apply 1/2 overshield) This trickle effect will be much faster with the idea being that thruster can quickly apply a supple amount of overshield if you're in a pinch but Barricade is still a viable option with it giving more overshield but at a slower rate.
Stasis: A bit of a hard pick in the sense that no aspects here really fit in with the prismatic kit but I feel tectonic harvest is the only one that sticks well. Just make it so that any debuffed enemy kills make a stasis shard.
Now lets address the bogeyman in the room. Strand: EITHER Banner or Into the fray. Whilst there is a surplus of methods to get woven mail with facet of purpose and the seasonal artifact I feel that the melee regen will fit in well with say, a consecration build (Same with Tectonic Harvest) and it also has the ability to fortify allies. But this can also be achieved to a greater degree with banner of war. Banner is useful for team support undoubtably but it can come of the cost of it's *Ahem* balancing issues and it will be significantly harder to balance in the prismatic kit especially factoring in the exotic class item. Both are quite viable to be added but Banner should at least come with a fragment penalty.
So that's my ideas for fixing prismatic titan. Perhaps if this is popular enough I'll spitball some fragment ideas for warlock/hunter because my phone is out of action for the next week and I can't think of anything to do with myself besides playing Destiny. Again please feel free to give feedback. I've had this idea rattling around in my head for the past few weeks and I really wanna hear other people's thoughts.

They are walking tanks- you just need to build crafti. The fastest solo GMs this season have been done on titan….

You would need a miracle to fix titan prismatic not just what to do but for bungie to actually do something about it

Arc jug aspect is doo doo and wouldn’t synergies with bastion since it takes your class ability when it breaks. If they did add it to prismatic, it would need a buff/rework since it is essentially useless in PvE.
