I've tried everything bungie tells you to do in the Toad forum but nothing has worked. I keep getting Failed to download configuration files from bungie servers please try again and then it says error code toad. I've redownloaded the game and verified file integrity through steam and I've also cleared the download cache. the only thing that has changed recently was that we just had fiber installed to our house but every other game is working fine.
