I called Microsoft/Xbox customer service and was told this is strictly a Bungie issue. When I use Game Chat I can be heard by everyone else however, I can't hear any of them. Whether they are friends or Randos from the Xbox LFG, Game Chat works only in one direction for me. Party chat works fine. I went through the help pages here and there is information support for Voice Chat issues but I didn't find support Game Chat. With the new, in game, LFG system allowing us to play with guardians on other platforms Game Chat is now necessary. Until now I've been just using Party Chat but that will no longer do it. This isn't a new problem for me. Game Chat has never worked when playing Destiny and the problem has followed me from different playing locations and different consoles. How do I resolve it? I've made six previous posts about this issue over the past couple months. Please let this be the one that gets a response.
