FINAL STRAND QUEST still bugged at 3rd step
I've yet to find a solution to this quest. I thought they fixed it but I go kill all the cabal, they drop the orders, I delete it like you're supposed to and nothing happens. It's so bugged out, I've changed spawn after dismantling, restarted both game and console and nothing will get me to step 4. Am I the only one with this issue still?
