Problem with game and voice chat
Good morning,
I'm contacting you because a friend, xEL JUGGERNAUTx#8062, has not been able to access voice chat or game chat for about 3 weeks, since the Guardians games came out approximately. He has tried to open a post in the forum and has tried to write directly to the moderator and has not been able to. The error message you get is that his account does not meet the requirements. It doesn't let you access the Email and SMS verification settings.
Could you help him?

I had the same issue, couldn't create topics,upvote etc. on the forum, and since march 12 i've lost game chat. Turns out it's about their age policy,u have to be more then 13 years old or smth,to prove it u need to contact via their request form and provide some photo with your ID,like passport or drivers license. I sent one and it has been resolved. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests use this
