Mostly 30th anniversary. Try farming Dares and opening the chest next to Xûr in his treasure hoard. Even better if you can farm Legend Dares.

Luckily I got the red border quick from Dares.

Dares as stated by other posters. I will add that using LFG for legendary dares may improve your luck. Completing starhorse and Xur bounties may help. It will be a grind so good luck.

1 ответAside from the newest Dungeon Exotic its one of the rarest weapons in the game, RNG blessed me with enough to craft it. I did have a non-crafted version drop for me in the first week of 30th Anniversary, luck was on my side. You have to run many Dares of Eternity, spend the keys it gives you on the chest by Xur, good luck.

You can use keys to unlock a chest in the treasure cove where Xur is located with star horse. That chest will drop this sword as well as the activity (Dares). I’ve had more success grinding dares for keys and having the keys unlock the sword

It drops from the Dares of Eternity activity and if I recall correctly, its the lowest drop rate weapon from the activity. Happy Hunting Guardian!
