I was doing this quest earlier when my light level was a bit low. I defeated the Minotaur but the captain proved to be too hard Decided to stop and grind for a bit and now trying to pick up from where I left off, I was able to access the shattered throw no issues at all, but now I can’t access it anymore. Says I require the forsaken pack Can someone explain why?
