I think Solar could use a change. Just my personal opinion, and I've worked with a few other players to consider these changes. I will state that these changes are with PvE specifically in mind. Everything stated here are BASE STATS, aspects, fragments, and modifiers will take effect upon these base values. With that being said...
I present to you... Solar 3.2.0
Keyword Changes:
Radiant: Grants +15% weapon damage for 10s. +30% for x2.
Restoration: 25HP/s (currently 30) for 10s. 50HP/s for x2.
Cure: Stacks of Cure are instead stored, consumed every 0.5s when below full health. Each stack grants 50HP (1/4 the health bar).
Ignitions/Scorch: Scorch stacks are doubled against PvE enemies, making ignitions happen much more frequently.
Super Changes:
Well of Restoration: Now grants Restoration x2 and a stack of Cure every 0.5s. (Makes healing effective outside the range of the Well.)
Golden Gun: now takes weapon damage buffs from Solar Surges, like a Solar Weapon. While using the Super, Radiant you grant is Radiant x2 instead.
Burning Maul: While Sol Invictus is equipped, Fire Tornadoes grants you Restoration when passing through them.
Aspect Changes:
Sol Invictus: when you and allies stand in a sunspot, allies gain increased ability recharge rate and a stack of Cure every second. Sol Invictus duration while standing in it increased back to 20s.
Roaring Flames: Ability kills grant you a stacking Ability Damage Buff, granting you and allies within 20m Radiant when triggered.
Icarus Dash: grants a stack of cure for airborne multikills, granting 2 stacks while Heat Rises is active. After dashing, your Solar Weapons gain Scorching Rounds for 5s.
On Your Mark: Precision Kills grant a stacking buff to handling and reload speed for 10s. This stacks up to 5 times, granting your Solar Weapons Scorching Rounds while at max stacks. Allies do not gain Scorching Rounds.
Exotic Changes:
Phoenix Cradle: As allies will now benefit from sunspots at base, Phoenix Cradle will now grant Restoration to allies standing in sunspots and duration without a player standing in it has been increased from 5s to 10s.
Lorely Splendor Helm: Now grants 2 stacks of Cure every second. When critical, drops a sunspot at your location.
Lumina: effects replaced with a stack of Cure and Radiant for both user and recipient. Seeks allies, but aiming at an ally with neither buff will lock onto them.
