Bubble has the same cooldown as Blade Barrage and other shut-down supers. Cap point Discourages camping spawn, resulting in faster rounds and fewer teams playing for supers. Varying the zone location forces you to play the ENTIRE map, not just the same lane for 5 rounds... Makes more loadouts viable... Creates a need for more strategizing... Creates a need for more "balanced" loadouts Makes it easier to balance "unbalanced" maps, where one spawn is vastly different from another.
