Immediate Weasel Error on character select screen, only for Hunter and Titan.

Hey. I have a friend who is currently unable to play two of his three characters in Destiny 2. His Bungie ID is trix#7637. When selecting both his Hunter and Titan, he is immediately met with a Weasel error and is kicked back to the Witch Queen menu screen. This doesn't happen on his Warlock. After reading a few posts around here from the past couple of weeks, it looks like this is related to playing the Competitive playlist. For my friend specifically, on his Titan, he was playing Competitive and as soon as his third game of this week's reset ended (the second the Match End screen popped up), he was immediately hit with a Monkey error and sent back to the Witch Queen title screen. When trying to select his Titan on Character Select, he is immediately met with a Weasel error. He then switched to his Hunter and followed a similar path. Played his third match in the Competitive playlist on that character and as soon as he reached the Match End screen, Monkey error and locked out due to an immediate Weasel error. After also looking around on the internet and also on Bungie's forums, I've found a few examples of this. The biggest two by far are from two individual Destiny content creators: Zavalr and FeelsRedMan. She was also locked out of the game until February 8th. I'm sure there are more instances of this happening but these were the easy ones I was able to find. Is it possible for Bungie to assist here and resolve this issue for my friend? I can't find any examples of people who became locked [b]this week[/b] (Feb 14th, onwards) and have been able to get back into the game.
