It has been over a week now since the Lightfall Twitch Rivals event and with it came two emblems, the exclusive "Particle Acceleration" emblem and "Dim Italics" emblem. I received both Twitch drops asap on the day they came out and they are both in my Twitch inventory marked as claimed and earned. However, I have not received either emblem in Destiny 2 itself. Yes, I have tried all the usual fixes like unlinking and relinking my Twitch account on Bungie's website multiple times and going to the rewards redemption page and refreshing the Twitch Drops section for hours on end now. I have also signed in with Twitch to ensure this is in fact the correctly linked account. The emblem does not appear anywhere in my collections within game and no vendor has it waiting to be claimed either. I did everything in order to earn them and have proof showing this. It has been 10 days now and I have not received my two emblems. After submitting this information to Bungie Help along with screenshots provided as proof and creating a ticket under the "Missing Emblems" section, I get told the following copy and paste bot answer: "Unfortunately, our contact form and agents are not set up to investigate this issue." Then I am told to simply post on the forums or submit a ticket in the proper corresponding contact form. Keeping in mind this info was submitted under the literal ticket submission for the category of "missing emblems" and subcategory of "streams" and "etc." yet somehow they are not "set up" for this. Absolutely ridiculous and the poorest form of customer support I have ever witnessed. If their response is telling me they cannot help me for issues on their end and to post on their forums, they simply do not care and believe someone with less power than actual administration can figure it out. In conclusion, what they cannot fix is not their problem.
