We just forgetting the shattering then? The only difference between the two was that one heals (Solar specializes in healing) and one shatters (Stasis specializes in shattering). Pattern recognition.
Not to mention that this literally falls in line with what you asked for. Phoenix Dive added to air movement (though it would need to be somehow exclusive from Phoenix Dash for obvious reason, maybe add it to the aspect and add another keybind)
(though it would need to be somehow exclusive from Phoenix Dash for obvious reason, maybe add it to the aspect and add another keybind)
It’s called Icarus dash and that and phoenix dive getting in the way of each other on my control scheme when it didn’t before is literally the whole reason why I put the post up in the first place
We just forgetting the shattering then?
Wrong again solar focuses on both scorch, ignitions and healing and stasis hunter focuses on mostly slowing and freezing (shatter dive being the only ability to “shatter”) whereas titans are 100% about shatter and movement
I only stated the relevant parts because the other stuff isn’t needed for my point. Solar as a collective focuses on scorch, ignitions, healing. Can you guess which part of that was done by the original Phoenix Dive? Stasis as a collective focuses on slowing, freezing and shattering. Can you guess which part of that is done by Shatterdive? Interesting, two “dive” abilities that apply one of the key verbs from their respective subclass elements… they sure are similar. Maybe it would be cool if they worked in the same way.
Not to mention that this literally falls in line with what you asked for. Phoenix Dive added to air movement
No I didn’t I asked for it to be on the same keybind as “air dive ability”
-
or just add it to the air dive ability key bind please
And what is the “air dive key” then? Google just yields wellskating (super), shatterskating(air move) and the original phoenix dive (class ability). Quick fall is tied to melee but I’m going to assume that’s not what you mean. Unless I’m mistaken there aren’t any special air moves in Warlock or Titan, and I can’t find an air dive key in settings… if I said anything wrong in this thread, was it not due to your poor communication? Saying “just make another button or make an air dive key button” is just redundant. What is this key you’re referring to?

I’m done replying now though because you’re just wasting my time and that’s quite sad that you get enjoyment out of it.

Bro I just wanna know what the key is man idk

Изменено (BILL D4 KILL3R): 2/6/2023 10:09:40 PMLast time for real now (I play on Xbox BTW) Phoenix Dive used to be bound to "AIR DIVE ABILITY"(I'm on console so its on "LONG PRESS" B AKA hold B) but when solar 2.0 came around it for some reason got bound to the "WARLOCK RIFT ABILITY"(Which I had/have on "PRESS" B AKA instantly activates as soon as I press B). This is annoyed me because I had "WARLOCK ICARUS DASH" on "DOUBLE PRESS" B (instant activation after I double tap the "B" button) so every time I would go to dash it would dive instead. And with that we get to why I put the post up, to ask --->BUNGIE <--- to make the key bind for "PHOENIX DIVE" to either go back to how it was on "AIR DIVE ABILITY" or to give it the treatment that they gave to the new-ish titan arc class ability "THRUSTER"(bound to the "TITAN ALTERNATE CLASS ABILITY" key bind) by giving it a separate key bind entirely which they could probably call it something like "PHOENIX DIVE ABILITY" or "WARLOCK ALTERNATE CLASS ABILITY" like the titan one. Hence why I'm getting annoyed because its so simple to understand and the question was directly aimed at bungo. no need for discussion, because there's nothing to discuss. And might I add I've been up for 24 hours now and very tired so please just say you understand the situation now please ffs. Also I have to have my controls all weird because I like to utilize the paddles on my elite controller, and because doing this control scheme is only way I know how to get to do the instant class ability activation on console, so I can do the little activate while running slide barricade/rift pop that you cant do on controller otherwise because crouch/slide is on press B while rift/barry is on hold B. Plus instant is just better and more competitive anyway.

So you are saying the exact same thing as the other guy, but you want a whole different keybind than an air move. Which is exactly what I said when I considered putting Phoenix Dive in the Icarus Dash aspect. Therefore we are all correct, you just weren’t clear
Also Shatterdive and Phoenix Dive are still the same
the post is clear as it can be. its not my fault you don't know anything and have little intellect

I said “Air dive ability” twice And put “key” on the end of it once. You’ve actually resorted to being the grammar police and a really bad one at that
-
You implied that there is a key that, if tied to Phoenix Dive, would solve your problems. This led me to believe that if it was tied to the air movement key, the closest thing to what you said that I could think of, then your issue would be solved. If I was wrong, and apparently I was, it was entirely due to the words you said. This isn’t a grammar police moment, this is a genuine “you wrote this in a way that people would obviously think you mean one thing when that’s not the case and now you’re mad because of your own words” moment.
-
“Reading comprehension” Why don’t both of you look at the post then. I’m asking for one keybind to be added to make the game easier to play and you both come in here talking about ability changes? And you guys aren’t even correct at that.
-
The other guy started with the word “or”. This implies that they are offering an idea that is in some way different than yours. This is okay in discussions. Also everything I’ve stated is 100% correct, not sure what you’re on about.
