Revision Zero is missing Hunters Trace IV
So, for Revision Zero, I've completed ALL the Quests for Season of the Seraph. Went though Seraphs Shield on Legendary mode to get what was supposed to be all the Catalysts for Revision Zero. But somehow, Hunters trace is only at III and not at IV. I've went back through Seraphs Shield on Normal difficulty, just in case I missed something, but no luck. Has anyone heard of this before?? Are there any possible solutions to this?? Any help would be appreciated.

Forgot to mention that I've leveled Revision Zero up to level 30, in case it was a leveling thing. No help. :(
