I’m a loser and like Keyblade Transformations better

Good evening everybody! This is Aifos coming to you alive from Radiant Garden! And I’m here to talk to you about Kingdom Hearts II! Which is objectively the best one! And among the many things KHII got right were its Drive Forms! These are special transformations Sora can use to immensely power himself up for a limited time. If you’ve played Smash Bros. Ultimate, these are also where a few of Sora’s alternate outfits come from. Over the course of the game, Sora can obtain 5 Drive Forms (technically 6 if you include Anti Form) and all of them are very powerful! So the question is simple; which is your favorite? And if you’ve never played Kingdom Hearts, I made you some videos so you can participate anyway! Valor Form
Fusing with Goofy, Sora dons a red outfit, and wields two Keyblades simultaneously! Though magic becomes uavailable, Sora’s melee attack power is greatly increased, allowing him to dispatch foes with ease! It is unlocked as soon as you beat Twilight Town, and its Growth Ability is High Jump, letting Sora jump higher! Who would’ve guessed!?
Wisdom Form
Fusing with Donald, Sora dons a blue outfit, and starts floating along the ground. His magical prowess is greatly increased, and his melee attacks are replaced with a barrage of magic blasts. It is unlocked once you beat the Timeless River, and its Growth Ability is Quick Run, letting Sora quickly dash forwards!
Limit Form
The only Drive Form Sora can use alone, he dons an outfit similar to the one from KHI, but with a bit of KHII flair! In this form, Sora wields a bunch of attacks from the first game, including his incredibly powerful Limit moves—Keyblade techniques that use mana. It is unlocked once you return to Twilight Town, and its Growth Ability is Dodge Roll letting you, erm, dodge roll.
Master Form
Absorbing the power of his whole party, Sora dons a yellow outfit, and starts dual woelding Keyblades. The second Keyblade is levitated through magic, and twirls around all spinny like! It excels in both melee and magic attacks, with melee strikes gaining powerful homing properties, and magical spells transforming into new powerful versions! It is obtained upon returning to Hollow Bastion, and its Growth Ability is Aerial Dodge, letting Sora double jump!
Final Form
Sora absorbs the power of his whole party and dons a white outfit. Sora dual wields Keyblades, making them both float telekinetically, while also floating around himself. As Sora’s most powerful form, both his melee and magic attacks are obscenely powerful! It is obtained randomly when transforming into any other form after beating a certain boss, similar to Anti Form. The Keyblade Two Become One has a special effect that can trigger that transformation more easily. Its Growth Ability is Glide, allowing Sora to use the power of faith, trust, and pixie dust to soar through the air!
Anti Form
Sora temporarily gives in to the darkness in is heart, and becomes a little shadow gremlin. His attacks are fast, and erratic, but he cannot heal, nor can he manually leave this form. It is usually considered to be a bad thing. Anti Form cannot be unlocked, rather there is a random chance Sora will go into Anti Form any time he tries to enter a different form (except Final). It can be forcibly triggered by equipping the Keyblade Two Become One.
Keyblade Transformations
These were in Birth By Sleep & Kingdom Hearts III. They are obscenely broken, being basically as strong as Drive Forms, but triggering almost every fight. In BbS they weren’t bad, but in KHIII they trivialized almost every battle, sapping out all the fun. They’re the worst.
Tl;dr? Here’s my point! Drive Forms are fun, and I’m in a Kingdom Hearts mood, so what’s your favorite? My answer:
Looks; 1. Master (spinny keyblades, weeeeeee!) 2. Wisdom 3. Valor (dual wielding is usually overrated, but I dig Sora’s dual wielding stance) 4. Final 5. Limit Gameplay: 1. Limit Limit Commands are kind of amazing, and being able to use it alone is a huge plus. Against the Data Fights, I think I use Limit Form more than anything else. 2. Master I love the way it transforms your spells rather than just powering them up, and its got my favorite melee moves, too. 3. Final Supah strong, can use magic, nuff said. 4. Valor I remember hating Valor Form when I first played, but I was dumb. Just going ham on your enemies is really fun. 5. Wisdom Unfortunately Wisdom has a really big drawback in that without MP it’s incredibly weak (unless you use Negative Combo). This isn’t a big deal early game, when Drive Forms don’t last that long, but later on it becomes more & more apparent. It’s also my most used form, though, so.. *shrug*
But that’s all for now folks! Jambuhbye!
