Every other time I try to melee through or even around the barricade, it shortstops.
As a titan I cannot rely on meleeing near my barricade at all. This is dumb. I should be able to use my intrinsic class defining ability and not have trouble meleeing around it.
ALSO MELEES IN GENERAL SHORT STOP WAYY TOO MUCH.

Yes. Swords too. I run a Half-Thruths with eager edge + tireless blade (best sword for PvP in the game), but 1/3 times I hit someone it doesn’t register. Super annoying.

Even more stupid that enemies can melee you through your barricade just fine. You are literally punished for activing your barricade against someone pushing you.

They secretly nerfed my peregrines 😢 at the beginning I could go into a bubble and kill an overshielded Titan and then all of a sudden it took a knee strike and a punch to kill them. But my punch just swings his elbow while hunters and warlocks can hit twice ad fast as me as I get killed a lot by double melee while cornered.

I would much rather melees connect 100% of the time, no aiming, as long as it's in range, then to see the jarring de-sync rubber banding, I don't want to see the big suck that is melee teleport. Lunge animation needs to go.

Phantom melee has been a thing since year one. On supers and swords too. Bungie won't fix it

Melee hit registration is really bad, and has been for Destiny’s entire lifespan. If it’s been here for this long, then I doubt it’ll ever get fixed.

I’ve never had trouble meleeing around a barricade. Mine or someone else’s. That’s regular melees, charged melees and lunging melees.
