I'm encountering a problem with the triumphs in the Season of the Lost and Season of the Splicer that are supposed to award prismatic lenses upon completion of the triumph task. I've competed the task (get grenade kills, for instance.) The triumph is showing as 100% complete. BUT I can't collect the prismatic lens for any of my completed triumphs. There's a lock icon showing on the reward, as you can see in the linked screenshot. Activating the triumph to collect it does nothing. Going to the prismatic recaster also shows I have no prismatic lenses, so it's not just a display error. I've read a number of posts as far back as February of this year in which other players have described the same issue but with no resolution. A couple of reddit posts claim that Bungie tweeted about this issue having been fixed a while back, but I couldn't find the tweet. It's definitely not fixed for me, however, nor could I find it on the known issues forum thread. My husband is having the same problem. We both just bought the legendary edition a couple of weeks ago.
