I have not played this game since before Beyond Light and cannot find accurate information on this anywhere and have tried multiple different avenues to no avail. The umbral decoder works fine but whenever I open the Prismatic Recaster, with Umbral Engrams in my inventory, it tells me sorry they have nothing available and check back later. I have all the expansions, I purchased the season, I went through all my active quests looking for anything related to tutorials or game content introductions, checked the past quest terminal at the HELM, tried to interact with the table, etc. I have spent the last couple hours trying to figure out what I am missing and cannot seem to find any sort of reliable information in regards to this. Some say you need the current season, some say past seasons, some say open multiple engrams and it'll work, some say do the astral alignment and I am just so beyond lost I have tried everything and cannot even determine whether this is a bug or an issue on my end. Any tips someone may offer would be greatly appreciated I will try anything at this point and am beginning to get a bit frustrated as I would like to focus the engrams before decoding for armor closer to my level and don't want to progress further in the campaigns for fear of losing out on engrams I could have had lol.
