Legacy: As Prophesied + Override Last City node
I did not finish the final quest in the S14 (Season of the Splicer) quest line. As it is Season 15, I retrieved the last step from the Quest Archive in the HELM. The quest is labeled "Legacy: As Prophesied". When tracked, it indicates that I am to launch the Override: Last City node in the HELM destination screen, however the node never appears.
If unintended, this must be a bug, as the node to complete the mission does not appear. If intended, why are players allowed to retrieve legacy missions if the nodes for launching specific quests are not intended to appear?
