This has been posted before by others, but this bug impacts me greatly. As stated in the title, the Special Finisher mod is missing from my collections tab and cannot be applied to any of my armor pieces, despite the game listing it as being available to all players by default. I played only a few hours before Beyond Light and began seriously playing since. I do not know why the mod is missing and no other mods are missing from collections. This issue is hugely impactful to my and others' play experience, specifically in high-level content, where I am unable to provide special ammo for my team.
