genius idea not my own : special only drops on primary kills

I want to say it was my idea when dealing with this issue along time ago or before the stupid idea of reverting back to destiny 1 weapon system. Destiny 2 weapon system was just fine. All bungie needed to do was make it where more than one player could pick up heavy ammo in quickplay only and add more ammo to reserve aka give shotguns, sniper rifles and fusion rifles more ammo for pve and there no more problems. But not it all started with a minority of players saying I want to use my shotgun and rocket launcher at the same time instead of choosing one or the other. Either risk losing you heavy with a shotgun rush or use a rocket launcher. Reason it was a high risk high reward deal and should have stayed as is because guess what destiny 1 weapon system brought to many problems the vanilla destiny 2 tried to get rid of.

I’ve heard this but it won’t be a proper solution. While it solves the self sustaining problem, spawning with ammo at all times is another one, especially in round based modes.
-
This is actually a really solid suggestion.
-
Not really because it would mean redesigning code that is interlaced throughout the game.
-
Oh no, improvements take time and work to implement, who’d’ve thought.
-
I don't see it as improvements, you are trying to water the game down because you like using double primary. I can see that on your characters.
-
I run with a fusion, as is on my titan, which is my main. The others are just holding weapons. Grasping for situational evidence that isn’t helping your case.
-
I'm not grasping for nothing. Because this won't happen lol. You are wasting your time. They know the community hated d1 at the end and d2 launch.
-
What you see as a waste of time, I see as a needed improvement to the health of the game.
-
And barely anyone agrees with you, hence the lack of up votes. I'm literally keeping this post afloat lol.

People only upvote complaints regarding the current popular topics, you and I both know that. Also, who wants to lower the prevalence of their one hit kill, super awesome gun? Come on, you know that won’t gain immediate support, whether I am right or wrong in your eyes. Anyhow, a movement starts when someone causes enough of a scene, if anything you’re helping with that.
