Just want to see what other people say. Honestly I chose warlock only because the default warlock on the screen in d1 looked like Star Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy😂! Otherwise I’d be a hunter main right now... so glad I chose warlock tho. What about y’all?

Изменено (Aimless): 3/9/2021 1:10:02 PMI come from RPG's like Dragon Age etc. along with Gran Turismo. So once I found out I could run three characters back in D1 I had three self reviving Warlocks. Shows how bad I sucked back then. I tell you one thing...my right thumb was having seizures while trying to understand FPS's. Now it's a different story. There you go. No PVP God by all means. Right thumb still has seizures in PVP. Mad props to PVP Gods!

any/all games with a class system i tend to start with the tankiest character because it seems to work better with how i approach gameplay, charge in, consequences be damned. lol
-
3 отв.I saw nova bomb in a trailer and have maimed warlock since
-
Warlock I saw gameplay of someone firing a nuke large enough to blow half of NYC up and cause enough damage to the other to half to make it collapse.
-
I mained hunter because I was told they were the coolest back in d1, I have used hunters ever since ttk
-
2 отв.I run all three. Chose a hunter as my main when I played D1 and same with D2. I like mobility
-
Hunter. Purely for the double jump. Hunter 4 lyfe
-
I choose a titan all the way back in D1 days. I wanted to be one because it reminded me of master chief. And I've always been a tankie kinda guy.
-
D1 it was hunter. Friend told me it was like playing as a one man army. D2 it was Titan. I was really jealous of d1 Titans having better suppers (WoD with WoL).
-
Been maining the same character (Titan) from D1Y1. I didn't know much about Destiny other than there was a cool trailer about it. I picked Titan because I thought it looked like some kind of lighting wielding super soldier to me. Played the first couple missions and began to fall in love with the game. I loved how the armor looked and the overall vibe of the class, and I liked punching and disintegrating things with my fists, which I thought was pretty cool. knew it was the right choice for me ever since I fisted my first dreg. Proud to be a Titan, and of my fellow Titanbros. B)

The Friend that got me into D2 said I could be a Robot Space Wizard. So...That's what I rolled, why wouldn't I want to be an Exo Warlock? :P
-
I chose a warlock because they were holding a rift orb thingy... Now i regret it
-
No matter the game, I default to fast and agile characters.
-
Hunter. Why? Cape.
-
I'm neither strong nor cool. So warlock was the choice.
-
Mainly the fact that Titans look like they dont wanna be messed with
-
-
1 ответI was stuck between choosing titan or warlock purely because Hunter just didn't seem fun.
-
17 отв.If you picked Titan its because youre skill less. No aim skills at all. You just use the auto aim abilities. God forbid you had to actually aim your abilities.

3 отв.Изменено (Tal'inon): 3/9/2021 11:29:02 PMThought Titans were going to be the "tank" class, it's my favorite spot in a party, so I picked em. Turns out, they were more support (defender) than tank. Enjoyed every second though. Do wish bungie would give us back the ability to make orbs with punches though. Just my opinion lol Also, since I started playing with my son, he went warlock, so I did go hunter for a while starting at D2, since titan was so different after. I will say this, as fun as defender titan on D1, top tier arc hunter with bombardiers is just as fun. It completely changes the way you play the class, and very rewarding imo. Especially in gambit running witherhoard and shotgun 😃

It was the whole invis thing... It was new at the time and just seemed really cool.

Изменено (Veldrin): 3/9/2021 9:21:15 AMThey felt more unobtrusive and modest to me, in comparison to the other two classes, I guess. And the interesting movement is something I never had in other games. Hunter movement feels more like standard movement like every other game and titan felt very sluggish and unresponsive. But there are things I like about hunters that I wish would be allowed for warlocks as well or vice versa. For example knifes (non-throwing) for warlocks or coats for hunters. Katana style swords for warlocks as well. I mean hunters can kinda punch like titans (arc hunter)… I mean, I get it. PVP readability is in the way. But without the limitations there would be so many possibilities to customise your character and give them actual character instead of just being a class clichee.

2 отв.I generally play more support-like classes in games, so when I started Destiny and saw that Warlocks could heal I picked that. =P I knew nothing about Destiny 2 going into it.
-
A gun toting space wizard... how cool is that? And then I discovered Destiny, created my Warlock and never looked back.
-
Been a hunter since D1 vanilla even though Bungie decided to make all of armour look like shit
-
cape, golden gun, big ass bow. When I booted up the game I really didn't see any other option.
