I ran it on my first character and it dropped. The next two no gun or pinnacle gear. Just two random legendary items drop instead at or below my power level.

Same for me. Zavala has no rewards after first character run.

So load it and got the dead man’s tail with no random role. Have completed it twice since then and absolutely nothing else is dropped.
