Postmaster is full message only shows up once if you stay at a vendor screen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Shaxx, unload tokens until you get a "Postmaster is full" message pop-up at the bottom of the screen. Do not leave Shaxx's screen.
2. Open Inventory, dismantle all items you just acquired to make room. Do not leave Inventory screen.
3. Use DIM to transfer items at Postmaster to your character.
4. Dismantle all items you just received into Inventory. Press Esc once to go back to Shaxx's screen.
5. Unload tokens again, hitting your Postmaster limit. You will not receive another "Postmaster is full" message pop-up at the bottom of the screen.
This happened to me and I lost 4 Enhancement Prisms because I didn't realize you wouldn't get a second pop-up - was waiting to get the pop-up so I knew when to dismantle and get the Postmaster items using DIM.
