Destiny 2 gameplay feels stagnate right now. The lack of new content (also considering that I have not bought the season pass) has kept me from returning to destiny 2 often. I’ve gotten the same feeling that most veteran players have gotten these past few seasons: that there’s nothing to do besides grind strikes/crucible despite the plethora of content. I’m not saying that Destiny 2 is bad, it’s a great game by all means. It’s just that without new content, a game can get pretty boring, as people would have already experienced everything the game has offered. I am planning on completing the Deep Stone Crypt raid sometime this year, but until then, I need content that surprises me. Something like Whisper and Zero Hour. These missions caught the community by surprise and brought the best out of us, in either teamwork or pure dedication. We need more of these to bring back those who have lost faith in Destiny because of the past few seasons. Weapons that are killer, gear worth chasing, rewards that are satisfying. These are some of the things this community has needed in the past - and will still need in the future. The implementation of these missions is critical to maintaining the interest of the community. If done correctly, this game might as well be saved. So devs, if you are reading this, take notes and give the community what it so desperately needs right now. If this advise is successful, I’ll see you at Lightfall.
