Hi, that's a known issue and is currently being investigated. To solve it, You need to log into a PS4 with your PSN account that has D2 installed. Open the PS4 version of the game and accept the season passes there. Once done you can go back to the PS5 version of D2 and the season passes should be available.

I tried downloading the PS4 version of the game on my PS5. When i logged on there my season pass was active. So i just claimed a reward, now i also got it on PS5 version. So this is a fix.
