First, the function you should be using to migrate a Battle.net account to Steam is called PC Move. Cross Save is a function you use to use one platform's D2 game progress (Steam, PSN, XBox, Stadia) on the other supported platforms. Looking at your account it doesn't appear that you have successfully performed the PC Move function. You need to click on your player avatar in the top right of the screen and then select PC Move and follow the instructions from there. Also, I see a 1050 Hunter on your Steam account, be aware that once you pull the trigger on PC Move that Hunter and any game play data associated with it will be wiped out and replaced with your game play data from the Battle.net account. And if you've already acquired a season pass on Steam that too will be wiped out once you perform PC Move. PC Move does NOT merge data between Battle.net and Steam, it literally deletes all your D2 data and replaces it with the D2 data from your Battle.net account. So if you were thinking this would merge your BNet Warlock with your Steam Hunter that is NOT what will happen.
