With or without the Broken Blade in power slot, there seems to be no difference and no drop to move to the next step on the quest for the last mission

I figured out a way around it. Delete the lament quest (NOT THE PART) and pick it back up at the quest kiosk by the post master. It should be bug-free as mine was.
