With the Beyond Light update, the year one legacy campaigns, and some of their locations, were vaulted. As such, those campaigns are not available to play at this time. You may wish to read through the page linked below, that explains what content was sent to the Content Vault.

Thank you! In this list I can't find Red War. Does that mean Red War hasn't been removed from the game? And what do I have to do, when content gets removed from the game and put into this dcv? Thanks!

Red War is most definitely shown in that DCV list, as being a vaulted quest. There’s nothing that you have to do, as that content was all removed as part of the update that every player had to install, for the Beyond Light launch.

There is no date given, for when the Red War campaign may possibly come back. It will likely not be coming back anytime soon, as it was only just removed, in order to free up space for new content.
