Hey so I played d2 from release up to the early forsaken days on xbox. I recently got into pc and have completed every dlc up to shadowkeep without cross-save on. Is there a way I can get all the gear and achievements and whatnot from my xbox to transfer to my pc, while also keeping everything I have on the pc? I'm not sure how well I've explained that so please let me know if I need to clear anything up. Edit: I have already enabled cross-save and set my steam account as the active account
