Bungie, I have been having "baboon" code for the last 2 months, I have completely revamped my internet setup and I have 1Gbps speed and 0 packet loss. This is not my problem. Recently, I started also getting codes like "bat" and "beetle". I love playing Crucible, but disconnecting every 10-20 minutes and loading back to play against completely transparent opponents is pretty hard!
Now because of these code I get suspensions from Survival playlist! This is not my fault! Please fix this! I want to play your game very much, I preorder DLCs and other things and you get me suspended from playing PVP.
This is just not cool! Could you please help me play your game and not be suspended for your server errors?
In-game suspensions are only 30-60 minutes you'll live.
Are you hardwired or using WiFi?
If you are using WiFi. Do everyone and yourself a favor. Don't.
What are your tested network stats?
Up AND down speeds?
Ping?
Latency and jitter?
This is the important one. Tested PACKET LOSS?

Изменено (Whytecrowe): 10/24/2020 2:07:20 AMThanks for the reply! Yeah, I know they are not long, it's just crazy annoying to not be able to play adequately. I am a web/blockchain developer, I use internet a lot and work with it. And I am wired, of course. My Down is around 700 mbps, up is 40-60 mbps. I did test packet loss, did traceroutes and checked every server ping on the way (the highest is 34 ms), cause I thought the signal just goes the weird way, this happens sometimes, I have also changed the signal to my modem, changed wiring, ran about a thousand speed tests. This does not happen with any internet/server related app or game I use (and I use server and connection based dev applications daily). Nothing helps. This issue is both on PC and PS4 and it doesn't matter how I connect to my modem. Modem signal is pretty stable.

Изменено (Whytecrowe): 10/25/2020 11:00:07 AMYeah... I know. it's been going for a long time. I hope they fix this stuff in Beyond Light. Otherwise, they might lose a lot of players. It's a great game, but these frequent disconnects with different errors each time are killing all the fun. They say most of these errors are caused by your hardware or "packet loss", this very abstract thing you can blame any time... In reality, it's servers that can't handle certain tasks or ISP configs or idk what else. CS:GO or Dota don't seem to have any problems with "packet loss", although it uses requests similar in frequency.

I have the same issue. ONLY this game. Never have I played a game with more networking issues than this one.
