Your PSN account had very little play time, prior to your recent activity. You can view your game history from within your Bungie profile, to see what missions each character played, and when. Your Xbox account however, is where you played through the Red War and Curse of Osiris campaigns. That account is likely the progress you are thinking of. You currently have cross-save active, with your PSN save data set as main, so you are only able to access your PSN characters and progress. Your Xbox account would have been the better choice to have as active, so that you could use those characters, as they have more progress.
