A little more clarification.

Hello all, if some one could help me understand this a bit more that would me much appreciated. So way back in I believe end of Oct 2019, my account was banned. I am not quite sure why I was banned so I reached out to the terms and conditions. This was my first and ever offense so according to what I found, I should have been at least restricted, but based on bungie.net I was issued a 500 year restriction. Bans like this only really occur if someone REALLY cheated and hacked the game according to some helpful people on here. Here is the thing tho, I'm a console player (PS4) and really the only way you have hack the game is if you have a modded console, which believe it or not, I don't have or I would never be able to play any other multiplayer games like Apex Legends for example. Some people even said it could be because I enable cross play and probably bungie found something on my computer that flagged it. But around that same time, Destiny 2 was free to play on pc. I only downloaded it but never touched because I really had no reason or motivation to move to pc. Today was the first ever time I touch the game on pc. Proof of that would be provided in the image link. I can also provide the programs on my computer if someone wants to take a look. I wanted to see if this account was also banned considering I never used it but it indeed was. I'm not gonna come on hear and moan and whine talking about "destiny banned me for no reason" I understand that bans are placed manually and not by a robot. I am just trying to understand how mine came about.
