Titans need evasion!!!!
Both hunters and warlocks have some sort of ability that allows them to evade. The hunters have a dodge which uses their O O (default PS4 settings command). Warlocks have their Icarus Dash which takes their O O (default PS4 settings command). What do titans have? In d1 it was twilight garrison. Warlocks took that from us. The hunter has its ability tied to its class ability. Icarus dash is tied to the subclass tree. I think making an exotic would be fair to give to titans with this type of ability. It doesn’t have to be twilight, or do the same thing twilight did, but we need something. There needs to be an equal opportunity for evasion on all classes. Currently that isn’t the case.

40 отв.Titans get easy overshield and hunter doesnt. Titan also has a wall with 3x a gaurdian's health and hunter doesnt. Do you want every class to be the exact same or do you want class difference? If you want them to be the same...go play another game.

As a Striker Titan Main i respectfully disagree. To me, it's my job to draw aggro, to present what looks like the biggest threat to the enemy, to give my fire-team the room they need to get their damage on. Evasion runs counter to a Titan's core combat doctrine. I'd posit that they'd need a taunt type ability maybe, but even then if you get up in the enemy's face you'll generally pull aggro so it's probably a waste. I'm all for character expansion if it makes sense for that archetype and I can't see evasion working with what Titan's are all about. :)

1 ответTo all the people saying No, or go play a different game: Obviously it’s not needed, but it would be nice to have. That’s all. It’s a recommendation so that things can be on equal ground. All classes have a movement based exotic (stompee’s, transvers, dunes). Although they are all different and do different things, they have the same base ability (buff movement in some way). That’s all o want, the same thing to happen with evasion in a way since it is a very important part of the game.

Currently that isn’t the case.[/quote] While the titan doesn’t have a invasion, they do have a lot to hold their ground. They have a mini shield that can be available at every 17 seconds and with a exotic that you can even shoot through. They have a super that has a massive shield you can move with and its also a buff to teammates, they have a bubble that is pretty much indestructible except for a slow nova. It buffs you and you teammates as well. So while they don’t have a invasion, they aren’t really needing one either.

evasion isn't really a part of the titan philosophy. In D1 warlock was the class that had no evasion. Not being able to evade fits better to titan as it does to warlock

I though this too, but you just need to stay closer to cover on Titan. With traction it’s pretty easy.

Bring back juggernaut. Where you sprint and get a tanky shield in front of you. Imagine the D2 snowflakes trying to handle that?

1 ответI totally agree as a Titan main. You get caught off guard and the only option is death. Maybe some form of lateral lurch on Lion Rampant could work.

And you want to give every Titan an evade on top of that. No thanks. Maybe AFTER the non-Dawnblade Warlock subclasses get tuned up a little first.

4 отв.as a titan, i don't need evade. i need true tanking ability. to be able to wade into the fight and last longer than anyone else. not putting up a protective 'bubble', but standing there taking it and dishing it out like the titan i am. hoorah. As much as I loved TG, I'd prefer abilities that actually made us more tanky.

9 отв.I wouldn’t mind Twilight Garrison coming back if Hunters got Bones of Eao or Blink back (or maybe an exotic that turned dodge into a horizontal blink kinda like the fallen captain teleport)
