i saw there was a way to do this previously and seeing a video on it as well made me realize that its either no longer an option or im missing something. in the video when they are on the https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Seasons/PreviousSeason page it gives them a choice for what season as well as what character to claim the rewards for. whenever i go to that page i dont have the drop down menus just above the season pass levels, also there is no way for me to click and claim rewards. or any way for me to see the rewards i havent claimed. as all the topics or posts i saw about this previously are very old i thought maybe I'd make this post and send my question into the void as im not sure how active these forums are. i wish there was a proper support portal to talk directly with bungie about issues.. ohwell.
