Twilight Garrison and Bones of Eao

I'm not sure how much of a hot take this is, but I think Bones of Eao and Twilight Garrison can fit into D2's environment. I know it's content we paid for in D1, and I also know that they're controversial picks for returning exotics, but I really want them to come back. Let me explain. Yes, Stompies are a thing in D2, and they DO have a good function; providing a small boost to air and ground game. It doesn't give an extra jump, but it does give all double jump variants extra height. This means, however, that it doesn't give the same amount of directional control as BoE with Better Control/Strafe Jump, and that right there is why some Hunter mains such as myself would greatly prefer BoE. Some Hunters (me included) prefer to have that extra air control granted by an additional jump rather than extra height. Now on to TG; yes, Icarus Dash is a thing in D2, and it does operate more or less the same (I can't say for sure though as I haven't played on my Warlock for god knows how long), but let's be perfectly honest here; if someone picked to play as a Titan in the first place, would they want to turn to the other side and switch to another class just because it has a function originally on their character prior? Of course not. Most people want the connection to their favorite characters to continue. Lots of Titan mains out there want Twilight Garrison because they want to keep playing as their hulky, butt-cloth wearing representations in the game world, and that's fine. I don't get why so many people say TG would be op, and yet they don't say anything about the Icarus Dodge; seriously, the amount of people who seemingly dodge that little fact is assenine to me and I think it's ridiculous. What, is it suddenly not op because it's on the Warlock? I don't think so. It's fine on the Warlock, and in D2's sandbox it wouldn't be op on the Titan. either. D1's sandbox is way different than D2's in the sense that the time to kill as a lot less forgiving and Titans are already easy targets to shoot because their main movement mode, Lift, is less than stellar for movement even between engagements, as they have to approach higher ground at an angle rather than just having an extra jump, or even just being able to slow down their fall with Glide. As a Hunter main the BoE/Stompies debate shouldn't be a matter of "oh this one is better so the other gets dropped". It should be a matter of "I like this one better because it does this function but lets give other people the choice to use the other if they wish to do so." I'm gonna state again that BoE has its fans and it deserves to be in the game because the function is different enough to warrant inclusion. Maybe a few seasons from now if Bungie has their heads tied on straight they'll give us these exotics back because they really were amazing. I've made a lot of posts in the past complaining about how Bladedancer isn't in the game mostly out of salt that I can't use Blink on my Hunter anymore, but all those complaints will stop if BoE return. And I'm also pretty sure those who hate Titans would at least prefer their opponent to have TG over OEM specifically because it doesn't punish aggressors for shooting a Titan. Bungie, you have a job. Don't just do it right, do it better than right.
