Just as the title says. Ran up to Ada to get my weeklies, noticed one research frame grayed out with a "you can only hold one at a time". Checked my quests, realized I have not claimed my "Augmented Weapon", claimed it. Talked to Ada again to see that this week's different research frame bounty in the same slot is now grayed out with the "you have already completed this" message, when, in fact, I have not.
