Hello,
I did not find the option to write directly to the support, so I writing there. I tried to put it behind me but I can't deal with it because i love destiny and it's not fair to end it like this.
I spent 223 hours on this game and had all the DLC, but my account was banned just a few days ago. I did n’t do anything that violated the rules, but the delay was too high, but I
had to play games with my Chinese friends, so I opened the accelerator, which caused my ip to be in the United States and sometimes in China. Or other countries.
here is my steam id:794662262
I really want to ask you to take your time and make sure I haven't done anything against the rules.
Thank you.

Another player if using an “accelerator” when are you guys going to learn that this specific program is the thing getting you banned. If you are set to play in Asia and your program forces it to play in the us then you are using network manipulation which is cause for a ban...

Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://twitter.com/Bungie/status/1179836392953675776 <- Most recent info bans and restrictions policy page *I am not a Bungie representative, just a player trying to give the answers that are available.
