Cross Save Error Code
Hi all,
When attempting to link my PS4, Xbox and Steam account to cross save, my Xbox account came up with an account name that does not belong to me (despite me entering my Xbox login details). I could not adjust this so I have attempted to unlink the account and await the cool down period to then relink my correct Xbox account. However, when entering my Xbox details to confirm that I want to unlink the account that is not mine, I cannot do so because it says the credentials do not match and the account is not mine. Now I am unable to remove the incorrect account and cannot proceed with linking my correct accounts that I intended to in the first place. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do please?

1 ответHi there, Thanks for reaching out. You will need to be able to log in to any linked accounts in order to remove. We recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for steps to take to gain access to the account you currently have linked.
