hey guys, my friend is having an issue where his chalice progress is stuck on the quest step for getting imperials to unlock his chalice, but can't get the bounties for imperials. he unlocked it on his warlock just after shadowkeep released but it reverted all progress on it. what's weird is it won't tell him what quest step he's on, he can only tell because it tells him he needs imperials to unlock it from what I can tell. this is getting frustrating as this has been an issue for about a week or so trying to find a way around it and thinking of anything that will help him get imperials but nothing is working. does anyone have any tips or advice or literally anything? thanks.
