All armor pieces collected should be universal ornaments. You SHOULDN'T need the set to use one piece you have already collected. Idk where this "You should require the full set" came from because it is totally unfair to players who A. Aren't collection wh0res. And B. only use one item from a set. The idea of having all armors in collections be universal is so we can mix and match. Which if we are mixing and matching anyways then in order to use that armor as a ornament you should only require you have had the piece before. Not the whole -blam!-ING set.
