There are no animations to the ships coming and going to the tower. What ships the game puts there are static and stay in the same place until they disappear. It has been like this for my machine since launch in 2017. I thought that was just how it was until I saw a stream where they were actually moving. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, including when it moved to Steam from battle.net. I can find no setting in the game that can fix this. Please help.
